Watch is not running and wound all the way. Was able to set the time only sometimes counter clockwise when pulling the crown out. The watch has some physical wear from age and use. The case has plating loss, Crystal has some scratches. Dial appear to be in good condition for it’s the age, looking at it through the Crystal.
