This Vinylmation figure was hand painted by an artist at an event at Epcot on July 17, 2010 at the Disneyland Resort. It was put into the bag before it had a chance to fully dry, so there are some parts that are slightly smudged or discolored. But that just adds to the art! It is 9 inches tall and comes with the “lunchbox” style box to keep it in, which was also decorated by the artist. The person I got this item from believes the artist is Eric Caszatt.
