The measurements that I have in the item specifics are the measurements with the frame. I also did not check off personalized because to me that means my name would be on it and it is not. &#######xA0; However on the back (as shown in the photos) there is a hand drawing of Mickey and some hand written entries. &#######xA0; It was framed so these things would show.
